Shipping Policy

Shipping Policy:

Customers purchasing from Cellucity.co.za have an option of a click and collect service , domestic delivery service or Pargo delivery service. We do not offer international shipping.

Orders are only processed within 1 working day. No deliveries or store collections will be arranged over the weekends and public holidays. Please be advised, certain products have an additional shipment lead-time which is clearly reflected at the time of purchase.

Click and Collect:

There is no charge for our Click and Collect service. Where possible, any order placed before 14:00 weekdays will be arranged for collection on the same day.

Due to varying branch stock levels, this may not always be possible. In this case, we will source and send your purchase to your preferred store for collection within 2 – 3 working days. In this case, we will keep you informed of any progress and confirm when your item is ready for collection.

National Delivery:

Cellucity offers free domestic Next Day shipping for any order R450 and over. Any order placed under R450 will carry an additional R99 shipping fee. Our shipping services are contracted to (but not limited to) Courier IT and Pargo. For our Cape Town clients we offer delivery through our Cellucity drivers servicing the Northern Suburbs, Southern Suburbs, Cape Town CBD and Foreshore.

All orders are processed within 1 working day of receipt. Where possible, orders placed before 14:00 weekdays will be dispatched on the same day. For delivery in major towns and cities, you can expect next day delivery. For smaller towns and for rural towns delivery is offered exclusively through Pargo and may take up to 5 days to arrive at your selected pick up point. Delivery times are estimates and we offer no guarantee against any delay.

Regional Areas are serviced exclusively by Pargo with a R75 charge for delivery. Pargo deliveries will take between 5-7 days to arrive at your preferred pick up point.

If we are experiencing a high orders volume, shipments may be delayed. If there is any significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or telephone.
